Marc Martin is the President of Texas MEP. He started the company in 2010 after working in the industry since 1995. In 2001, Marc acquired his Texas Electrical Master's License and shortly after acquired his New Mexico EE98 Contractor's License. Throughout the years, he has worked as a project manager handling mechanical, electrical and plumbing scopes for various projects, including commercial, industrial, manufacturing, retail and residential encompassing several differently sized projects. Marc proudly assembled a staff comprised of leaders, experts and overall highly experienced people. No job is too big or too small for Texas MEP. He prides himself on serving the customers' needs with the upmost diligence and conviction. Marc and his team are committed to proudly evolve with the times and provide customers with the latest technology available to meet their needs. Karina oversees all financial records of the accounting department which encompasses the electrical, mechanical and plumbing divisions. Before joining Texas Electrical Contractors, Karina worked in the banking industry for more than 13 years where she specialized in treasury management services and was later promoted to a commercial lending officer.
She attended the University of Texas at El Paso where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Computer Information Systems.

Mayra joined Texas Electrical Contractors, LLC in September 2010 and provides bookkeeping and support to upper management. She is in charge of day to day operations to enable the smooth and effective management of the office. Before joining Texas Electrical Contractors, she worked for an engineering firm as an administrative assistant. Mayra obtained an Associates of Business Administration from El Paso Community College and also earned her Certification in Financial Records Management at International Business College.

Natalie Luevano is an organized and reliable administrative professional based in El Paso, Texas. She has worked as an Accounting and Payroll Assistant at Texas Electrical Contractors, LLC since August 2024, and previously supported accounts payable operations at a general contracting company. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Natalie enjoys supporting day-to-day operations, helping others, and continuing to grow her skills in accounting and administration.

Jason joined Texas Electrical Contractors in 2014 as the purchasing manager for our Texas Plumbing Contractors division. Within a short time, Jason was transferred to Texas Electrical Contractors to become the lead purchasing manager where he continues to thrive. Prior to working at Texas Electrical Contractors, Jason worked in the retail industry for more than 15 years.

Ben joined Texas Electrical as a project manager in 2018 and brings with him 24 years of experience in the electrical trade as well as more than 20 years of experience on large projects. He holds journeyman licensees in New Mexico and Colorado. Ben graduated from IEC in 1999.

Project Manager

Seth Martin is a Project Manager with the company and began his career in the industry in 2018. He started as a Project Engineer and quickly advanced into project management. Seth holds a Journeyman Electrician's License and is currently working toward obtaining his Master Electrician's License. Throughout the years, he has managed a wide range of commercial projects including schools, warehouses, data centers, tenant improvements, and other complex commercial developments of varying size and scope. Seth is also actively involved in estimating and preconstruction, providing detailed planning and cost control to ensure successful project execution. He prides himself on delivering high-quality workmanship, building strong customer relationships, and solving problems efficiently in the field. He is committed to serving clients with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, while continuously evolving with the industry and implementing the latest technologies and best practices to meet customer needs.

Abel joined Texas Electrical Contractors in 2022 as a Project Manager. He began working in the industry in 2001 and obtained his Texas State Journeyman Electrical License in 2004. Abel brings with him over 20 plus years of experience in the field. His experience includes working as a general foreman, facilities superintendent, safety engineer, and project estimator both locally and nationwide. He is proud to call El Paso his home and strives to serve his community through valued customer service and professionalism.

Julio Trujillo joined Texas Electrical Contractors in 2011, as a foreman. When he began his career in 1995, he enrolled in a 5 year apprenticeship program and in 2000, Julio earned his electrical license. Julio has now been working in this industry for 20 years, where 13 of those years he has worked as a foreman. Julio prides himself on running his projects with professionalism and great quality.

Lorenzo joined Texas Electrical Contractors in December of 2017 as the Fleet Service and Safety Manager. He also serves as our in-house BIM (Building Information Modeling) coordinator. Before joining Texas Electrical Contractors, Lorenzo worked in the public sector for more than 12 years where he specialized in community planning.

Jaime joined Texas Electrical Contractors LLC in May of 2020 as a Foreman and was soon after promoted to Service Dept in 2023. Jaime brings with him 14 years of experience in the Electrical field in residential, commercial, and Industrial arenas. He holds journeyman licenses in N.M and Texas and is a graduate of the David L. Carrasco Job Corps in El Paso, TX.

Rafael joined Texas Electrical Contractors in 2021 as our electrical estimator. Before coming onboard, Rafael was a general manager in the solar and roofing industries, a CrossFit head coach, and gym owner. He holds a BA and an MFA from the University of Southern California.

Priscilla joined Texas Electrical Contractors in 2025, where she completes front desk responsibilities and provides support to upper management ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. She attended the University of Durango and obtained a professional degree in General Medicine.
