Marc Martin is the President of Texas MEP. He started the company in 2010 after working in the industry since 1995. In 2001, Marc acquired his Texas Electrical Master's License and shortly after acquired his New Mexico EE98 Contractor's License. Throughout the years, he has worked as a project manager handling mechanical, electrical and plumbing scopes for various projects, including commercial, industrial, manufacturing, retail and residential encompassing several differently sized projects. Marc proudly assembled a staff comprised of leaders, experts and overall highly experienced people. No job is too big or too small for Texas MEP. He prides himself on serving the customers' needs with the upmost diligence and conviction. Marc and his team are committed to proudly evolve with the times and provide customers with the latest technology available to meet their needs. Mr. Eddie Gonzalez co-founded Texas Plumbing Contractors, LLC and is currently the Vice- President of the company. Mr. Gonzalez received a Master Plumber License from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners in 1996. He is also licensed as a Mechanical Contractor for the State of New Mexico. Mr. Gonzalez is a second generation plumber with 28 years of experience in the construction industry.

Project Manager

Lupe joined the Texas Plumbing Contractors team in 2015 as a project manager. Prior to working for Texas Plumbing Contractors, he worked at Border Mechanical of El Paso, TX in the plumbing department for 17 years. Lupe is a licensed Master Plumber and is certified in Medical Gas Piping. He has held his Master Plumber's license since 1982 and in that same year, also earned his MM98, GB-98 New Mexico Mechanical and Building Contractor license. In addition to his licenses, Lupe has also earned an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from El Paso Community College.
At Border Mechanical, he worked as a project manager and supervised plumbing for commercial buildings, warehouse and various plants. Lupe has also worked for Trinity Contractors of Grand Prairie, TX as a Project Foreman as well as other various contractors in Texas and California. Some achievements while at Trinity Contractors during his 5 year tenure include being the Plumbing and Piping foreman for the renovation of Burgess Hall at UTEP and completion of a new wing at Sierra Medical Center. He was the Plumbing Project Superintendent for the Odessa Medical Hospital supervising a 2 year renovation and expansion. Lupe was also the Sheet-Metal Foreman at the new Motorola plant in Sherman, TX and in Arlington, TX was the Piping Foreman at the General Motor plant renovation.

He is tasked with implementing safety programs and ensuring our employees adhere to safety policies and procedures across all three lines of business. Paul also has extensive experience as a purchasing manager and fleet administrator having worked in this capacity for 15 years.

Mariana joined Texas Electrical Contractors, LLC in September 2011. Mariana completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

She received a Bachelor's Degree in Education at California State University in Northridge.

Sandra joined Texas Electrical in March 2018. After graduating high school in El Paso, Texas, she went to UACJ (Universidad Autonoma de Cd. Juarez) and eventually came back to E.P.C.C. to get her associates degree in business administration. Before joining Texas Electrical Contractors, Sandra worked as an accounting assistant for a retail furniture store. She has over seven years experience in bookkeeping, payroll and accounting.

Michael joined Texas MEP Contractors in 2021 as the Purchasing Manager for Texas Plumbing Contractors division. Michael has embraced our fast paced environment, and he continues to work hard and be a team player. Prior to working at Texas MEP Contractors, Michael worked in various industries that instilled in him skills and techniques that fit well in our company. Michael takes on the daily challenges with a smile, using his unique skillset to manage the plumbing purchasing department.
